Tom took initiative on something
that ended up making a client VERY happy. Client voice order had
been sent to revoice several times. I changed the voice talent
to Tom Underwood because of his wonderful track record of
"getting it right the very first time". One of the
scripts said “We will open for lunch on January 23rd…..”
It was put into revoice prior to that date and I didn’t really
focus on it. Tom caught the mistake and voiced it as “We are
now open for lunch….” The client was extremely impressed
that we caught it and prevented another revoice. I really
appreciate Tom’s thoughtfulness on this one and I know the
client does too!
