Talents
accept full responsibility for their own store and its
content. |

Talents
are to provide true, accurate, current and complete
information upon registration and notify Opuzz of any
changes immediately. |
| 3. |
Talents
agree not to infringe upon the rights of any other
person or entity, or to use any false name or names you
are not entitled to use. |
| 4. |
Opuzz
reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole
discretion. |
| 5. |
Talents
should expect to receive information on newly available
services as part of |
|
Opuzz’s
business development. |
| 6. |
Automatic
account termination will result if the Opuzz Voice
service is: |
|
i.
Used for activity which contravenes the laws of
any applicable jurisdiction, or |
|
ii.
Used to create, host or transmit offensive or
obscene material. |
| 7. |
Opuzz
reserves the right to take any action it deems
appropriate and reasonable if: |
|
i. Privacy of others is compromised. |
|
ii. The information available is damaged or
modified. |
| 8. |
Talents
agree to indemnify and hold Opuzz harmless from any
claim, costs, damages, |
|
loss
or expenses of whatever nature arising out of claims by
any third parties alleging that use of the Opuzz Voice
service has infringed any intellectual property or right
of any kind or any applicable international legislation
or regulation. |

Talents
shall defend and pay all costs, damages, and awards,
fees including legal |
|
fees
and judgments incurred by Opuzz. Talents shall provide
Opuzz with notice of any claims of such nature. Opuzz
hereby excludes all liability of any kind for the
transmission of infringing information of whatever
nature. |

All
Opuzz product names, descriptions, music, designs and
associated content are copyrighted material and property
of said company. |
| 11. |
Opuzz hold right to terminate store of talent for the
following reasons:- Content no longer relevant, talent
cannot be contacted or is not responsive, talent
unwilling to settle referral fees of 10%, talent
conducts business in an unethical manner, talents that
recruit business for their own talent agency. |
| 12. |
A
10% commission fee remains for subsequent jobs awarded
by client referred by Opuzz. |
